Font Software End-User Licence Agreement – Mobile Application Fonts

This DTP Types Limited End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between the Licensed End User (hereafter referred to as "You") and DTP Types Limited for the DTP Types Limited Font Software accompanying this Licence, which includes computer software and associated media. By exercising your rights to use the font software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this licence.

Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect this Font Software. The Font Software is licensed, not sold.

1. This Licence grants you the following rights:
You may require this Font Software to be embeded into no more than the Mobile Applications that the license has been purchased for.
You must embed the font in the application in a secure manner that permits only the viewing (and not the full or partial extraction, editing, altering, enhancing, or modifying) of the font by the end user of the application.
You may temporarily provide the Font to a producer, contractor or other agent who is working on behalf of you, only if the producer, contractor, or other agent agrees in writing to use the Font exclusively for your work, according to the terms of the License, and retains no copies of the Font upon completion of the work.
You may keep backups of Font Software locally on a desktop, laptop or mobile device, or on a studio server, ONLY IF you, as the single user/owner is the only person who maintains the backup. It cannot be managed by numerous users.
 
2. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly:
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this Font Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
Restrictions on Alteration. You may not rename, edit or create any derivative works from the Font Software, the Font Software has to be used in it’s original condition.
You may not convert this Font Software into any other format (such as otf, eot, svg, Cufón, etc.) for any reason.
Software Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under this licence to any other third party.
Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, DTP Types Limited may terminate this Licence if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Licence. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Font Software and all of its component parts.

3. Limitations on use:
You may not use the Font Software installed on a laptop or desktop computer (unless part of the development process), on an Electronic Publication for sale or distribution (ePub, eBook etc.), on a Web Site to display text, Television or Video broadcasts (where "live" text is displayed) or any other form of for sale or distribution where goods may involve "embedded" Font Software. 
This Font Software is designed for Mobile Application development solely to display text. A specific version of this Font Software is available for these other uses.
You may not put this Font Software onto a server (intranet, internet, LAN or WAN) that will make the Font Software available to others who are not licensed to use this Font Software.
You may not redistribute the font with the Mobile Applications source code.
You may not embed the font in any application software considered to be a plug-in, template, skin or any external file.

4. Letterform or Alphabet based products:
You may not use the Font Software to produce Letterform or Alphabet based products for sale or distribution. This includes products such as adhesive or rubdown lettering, die-cut lettering, imprint or die-stamped lettering, sewing or embroidery lettering, or any product that uses the Font Software as the primary product base.

COPYRIGHT. DTP Types Limited own all title and copyrights to the Font Software, any accompanying materials and any copies of the Font Software. Copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect the Font Software therefore, you must treat the Font Software like any other copyrighted material.

LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES. DTP Types Limited expressly disclaims any warranty for the Font Software. The Font Software and any related material is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Font Software remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
In no event shall DTP Types Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this DTP Types Limited product, even if DTP Types Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

MISCELLANEOUS
If you acquired this product in the United Kingdom, the laws of the United Kingdom govern this Licence.
If this product was acquired outside the United Kingdom, then local laws may apply.
